“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are”.

    Sister Soul Space – S3

Black women face unique challenges navigating, balancing work, family, relationships, and life. The unique experiences of Black women are rarely discussed, and their triumphs are rarely celebrated. This group is available to ALL Black women (inclusive of trans, cis, and genderqueer). YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR EXPERIENCE!

Group begins: December 4th, Wednesday 6:30–8:00 PM (twice a month on Wednesdays, 1st and 3rd).

S3 virtual group seeks to provide a space for Black women to process their experiences, work through life challenges, and validate mental health struggles.

In our Sister Soul Space (S3) virtual support group, we seek to provide a community space specifically for Black women to process their unique experiences, work through life challenges, validate mental health struggles, and receive support from each other.

This group is a space that serves as a reminder that you do not have to travel solo on your journey to healing. Sister Soul Space (S3) is a virtual space for Black women to gather and explore their narrative.

Please contact us at staff@harmonyinhues.com to register. Cost is $25 per group. The first five registrants will receive our Journal Workbook “Being in Harmony: Finding Hues of You.”
